Rosemary has lived in Colorado most of her life mainly in Denver and Greeley. She has 2 daughters, Ruth and Ruby and 2 granddaughters, Annette and Miranda. She worked at Mountain Detention Center for 7 years before working at Girlsview (a treatment program for girls). She has also worked with children and teens for over 30 years in both Sunday School and Missionettes.

Passion for Sarah's Home:

I have a heart for girls, both children and teens. Back in the early 90's, when I was attending college in Denver, I had a vision of working with girls who have been prostituted and trafficked.

Amy grew up in rural Colorado where she still lives today. After graduating High School, Amy moved to Fort Collins where she received her Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies. This was followed by a Master's of Science in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Her career has been divided between working as a teacher and a social worker. Amy has four biological children as well as several little ones that she fosters. I was hired, as a teacher at a Sarah's Home in 2013. Amy worked to help establish Aspire Academy, a fully accredited private school at Sarah's Home.

Passion for Sarah's Home:

My personal and professional experiences and training all seemed to collide in my work at Sarah's Home. The minute I connected with a young lady from Sarah's Home I knew for certain I was in the right place.

Ashton's primary passion is empowering survivors of sex trafficking with resources and the freedom of healing.  From a young age, she loved reading. Books open the reader to a world that is not her own and it was through a book that she was introduced to sex trafficking. When she was about 13, she read a book that lightly touched on the subject and was shocked to find such a dark reality not only living on those pages, but existing in the world today. She began devouring books and following the work of anti-trafficking non-profits. God continued to intensify her passion for the topic and I eventually obtained my undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology and Bible.

Arida was born and grew up in the Netherlands. She went to college to get a degree in teaching and Christian ministry. For a few years after college she worked in Amsterdam with YWAM and a local ministry. During that time, she married an American from Wisconsin and they moved to America and over the years they had 9 children. They both taught school, worked for a mission in the Philippines, and her husband worked as a teacher with the Department of Defense on an American base in Germany. After her husband’s death in 2017 she looked for employment in a Christian setting and is very excited to have discovered Sarah’s Home. When she’s not working at Sarah’s Home, Arida spends time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys participating in church activities and gardening.
